Three questions we get most often
| What should I request before placing an order? | Send the package type, forward voltage, target wavelength or CCT, and the operating current you plan to use. The Download Center already holds most of the datasheets; the Support Center takes care of the rest. |
| How do I check whether a certificate covers our shipment? | Each certificate in the Certificates section lists the standard, the tested model family and the issue date. Ask us for the test report when your customer audit needs the model-level document rather than the certificate summary. |
| What reliability data do you have for high-power packages? | LM-80 lifetime test data and reliability reports are indexed in the LED Lifetime Data page. For ceramic packages, the Absolute Maximum Ratings and Reliability pages carry the full electrical, optical and soldering limits. |
