Infrared Emitters: 710 nm to 2010 nm

We offer a complete portfolio of infrared light sources covering Near-Infrared (NIR) and Short-Wave Infrared (SWIR) bands. Our product lines include:

  • Standard IR LEDs: 710–940 nm, AlGaAs/GaAs chips, DIP/SMD packages — ideal for sensing & illumination.
  • SWIR Emitters: 1050–2010 nm, InGaAs-based laser diodes or specialized emitters — for spectroscopy, gas detection, and scientific instrumentation.

Product Series by Wavelength 1. Near-Infrared (NIR) LEDs — 710 nm to 940 nm Technology: Aluminum Gallium Arsenide (AlGaAs) / Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) Package: 3mm, 5mm, 8mm, 10mm DIP; SMD 2835, 3535, etc. Applications: CCTV night vision, remote controls, photoelectric sensors, wellness devices. 2. Short-Wave Infrared (SWIR) Emitters — 1050 nm to 2010 nm Technology: Indium Gallium Arsenide (InGaAs) laser diodes or thermal emitters Package: TO-18, TO-56, Butterfly, or bare die (requires driver & TEC) Applications: Gas analysis (CO₂, CH₄), moisture detection, semiconductor inspection, R&D. Key Notes Wavelengths above 1000 nm are not achievable with standard LED technology. SWIR products require constant-current drivers and often thermoelectric cooling (TEC). All NIR LEDs comply with RoHS/REACH; SWIR components follow industrial laser safety standards (IEC 60825).
