Overview
Queendom’s 5050 RGB tri-chip LED integrates red, green, and blue emitters into a single 5.0×5.0×3.2 mm ceramic package. Built on a high-thermal-conductivity aluminum nitride (AlN) substrate with optical-grade silicone encapsulation, it delivers stable, high-intensity output across a wide drive range — from 350 mA to 1200 mA per channel. The monolithic design ensures precise spatial alignment and consistent color mixing, making it ideal for applications requiring dynamic illumination and long-term reliability.
