Overview
Queendom’s 3535 RGB tri-chip LED integrates red, green, and blue chips into a single 3.5×3.5×3.2 mm ceramic package. Built on high-thermal-conductivity aluminum nitride (AlN) substrate with silicone top-mold encapsulation, it delivers stable, high-intensity output for demanding applications such as PCR instruments, DNA analyzers, flow cytometry, and medical diagnostics. The monolithic design ensures precise spatial alignment and consistent color mixing.
