UV LED Lights

Queendom offers a range of UV LED lighting solutions designed for industrial and technical applications. Our product line includes UV LED curing tubes, flood-style UV curing lamps, and integrated panel systems, all engineered for consistent output and reliable performance.
Ultraviolet (UV) light is part of the electromagnetic spectrum and is categorized into three primary wavelength bands: UV-A (315–400 nm), UV-B (280–315 nm), and UV-C (100–280 nm). Most industrial UV curing processes utilize UV-A radiation due to its deep penetration and compatibility with photoinitiators in inks, coatings, and adhesives. UV-C, with its shorter wavelength, is commonly used in specialized systems where germicidal applications are required—always as part of a certified or regulated setup.
Our UV LED products are built using solid-state technology, offering advantages over traditional mercury-vapor or electrodeless lamps, including instant on/off, longer service life, and reduced energy consumption. These lamps are intended for integration into professional equipment and controlled environments, not for general illumination.

UV LED lights are designed for use in a variety of specialized settings. In industrial contexts, UV-A lamps support rapid curing of inks, coatings, and adhesives. UV-C variants are commonly integrated into systems used in laboratories, healthcare facilities, food processing areas, and water or air treatment units where hygiene is a priority. These products are intended as components within broader operational protocols and are not standalone disinfection devices unless explicitly certified. Always follow local regulations and safety guidelines when deploying UV lighting solutions.
