Rectangular DIP LEDs emit through a square or rectangular epoxy window, producing a broader, panel-filling beam than domed round types — typically ±60° — with a low profile suited to backlit panels, membrane switch illumination, and compact status clusters. Common envelopes include 2×5 mm, 3×2 mm, and 5×2 mm footprints.Available in red, amber, yellow, green, blue, and white with 10/20 mA drive grades, rectangular LEDs often replace two round LEDs in space-constrained assemblies. The flat emitting face mounts close to a diffuser for even backlighting of legends and icons. As with all QUEENDOM through-hole parts, each lot carries matched intensity/wavelength bins and 260 °C wave-solder ratings. Electrical limits and recommended land patterns are documented in the DIP LED datasheet library.

characteristic: Rectangular LEDs are a common type of light emitting diode, usually having a rectangular or tombstone shape. Queendom Rectangular LEDs are suitable for all backlighting and status indication applications. The application of LED through-hole diodes in consumer electronics and automotive interiors will make customers' products more distinctive. LED has 3 different technology chip packages, among which GaP technology chips are suitable for low-brightness application requirements, while AlInGaP and InGaN technologies are suitable for high-brightness applications. Applications: Various vehicle accessories indication, instrument, switch, icon backlight, biomedical optics, instrument and equipment testing and general status indication, consumer electronics, industrial electronics, various electronic equipment and lighting fields
